Why We No Longer Offer UPS Shipping
THESE ARE PICTURES OF A RECENT UPS SHIPMENT RECEIVED BY A ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS. MOST RECENTLY, UPS LOST ONE BOX OF A 3-BOX SHIPMENT.
We have already limited our UPS shipments to special requests and larger orders where other services are prohibitively expensive. But as our last three shipments using UPS' services were either destroyed or lost, we can no longer trust UPS with our customers' products. For shipments that we formerly would ship with UPS, we will use USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.
We will, however, offer to ship UPS via 3rd-party payment in which the purchaser pays for shipping and assumes the risk of UPS damaging or losing their packages.
