When will my order ship?

We keep very limited inventory in order to avoid increasing prices. As such, your order can ship as quickly as the same day or, potentially, as long as 1-2 weeks after your order is placed, depending on inventory and our printing group's backlog. (See question below about expedited shipping)
How long after my books are shipped will I receive them?

You will receive your books in the timeframe of your chosen shipping service after your order has shipped (see above). If you need your books by a date certain, please leave a note in your order, and we work with you to meet your deadline.
Can I expedite shipping?

Expedited shipping is available at additional cost, depending on our current printing backlog. Please provide a date-needed-by in the notes section of your order, and we will contact you to let you know what, if any, additional charges will apply.
My tracking information shows my order to be in-transit or delivered, but I have not received the package. What should I do?

There are many reasons why a package is not received; e.g., the wrong address was provided or the package was lost or stolen, all of which are beyond our control. Therefore, since you have paid for the shipping, you should contact the organization responsible for delivering your package. We will be happy to cooperate with any investigation conducted by the shipping/delivery company to locate your package. Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of lost books or for books that were not delivered because the wrong address was provided to us.
